The Brecksville Theatre has as its’ simple mission “Engaging the community through the performing arts.” We honor the history of the two founding theatres that merged to form the new theatre in 2017, and forge ahead to create, engage, inspire, entertain, educate and challenge audiences with theatrical productions and classes in the local community and beyond. With vibrant seasons that range from the classics to new works; we train and support the next generation of theatre artists; we provide arts education programs that promote life-long learning to a diverse community; and we celebrate the essential power of the theatre to illuminate our common humanity.

The Brecksville Theatre will offer a season consisting of an American/ classic, a comedy, a children’s musical, a musical, the education series, and new works. Each season will bring in some of the most talented directors and designers to lead and engage.
The season will be assembled by the Artistic Committee with the assistance of the Managing Director, and presented to the Board of Directors.
The Education Department will continue to offer their unique and engaging productions while touring and performing at Old Town Hall. We strive toward incorporating youth camps and classes.
