Payments are accepted via Eventbrite (our ticket sales website) using PayPal, in person during office hours via cash, credit card, or check. A check may also be sent in the US mail or dropped into our mailbox at 49 Public Square. Tickets that are requested by phone will be reserved once payment is received. Again, this may be done in person during office hours or a check may be sent in the US mail or dropped into our mailbox. DO NOT MAIL CASH. Payment must be received within 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days the tickets will be released. All ticket reservation payments are to be made BEFORE the day of the show. The only exception is in the case of a walk-in at the time of the show, IF there are tickets remaining. In this case we only accept cash or check, however you may also purchase from the website on your mobile device.
We offer a group rate on parties of 20 or more with one payment . Please contact the office for details. 440-736-7749.
All sales are final. Except in the case of a canceled performance, there will be NO REFUNDS. Exchanges may be made for the same production with at least 24-hours advance notice to the box office. No exchanges can be made from one production to another.
If a ticket is returned to the box office at least 15 minutes before curtain, the cost of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name.
In the event of a show cancellation by The Brecksville Theatre due to inclement weather, The Brecksville Theatre will exchange your tickets for another performance. If you are unable to attend one of the remaining shows, a refund of your tickets is an available option, but we ask that you consider supporting The Brecksville Theatre by either accepting vouchers or making a contribution to the theatre in the amount of your tickets. If neither of those options is acceptable, we will be happy to refund your tickets.
In the event that The Brecksville Theatre has the performance, but you cannot attend due to weather The Brecksville Theatre will exchange your tickets for another performance (if available) or provide vouchers for an upcoming production of your choice. In order to exchange your tickets, please call the Office at least three hours before the performance and arrange for the exchange. No refunds are available if the performance occurs as scheduled
Registrations are fully refundable until two weeks before the start of any class. If your registration is cancelled less than two weeks before the start of the class, a 10% administrative fee will be withheld from your refund. No refunds of any kind will be given after the first day of class.
In the event that The Brecksville Theatre cancels the class, all registration fees will be refunded to your original method of payment.
We receive and store information you enter on our website or give us in any other way with the exception of highly sensitive data such as credit card information. We use secure, third party providers such as Eventbrite, Braintree, and PayPal to process credit card information but no credit card information is stored in The Brecksville Theatre files, or accessible from the third party providers we use. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, improving our site, and communicating with you.
The Brecksville Theatre considers information about our customers an important part of our business, and we do not sell it to others.
